The past month I have been on a quest to find a new bag and a pair of boots. I must have been to every store I can think of with no success.Yesterday I set off on a trip to the mall with high hopes only to have them dashed, who knew it would be so difficult. I may have struck out on the accessories but I didn't come away completely empty handed.
A trip to the mall is never complete without a delicious pomegranate smoothie from Nordstroms Cafe (it's a good job I don't go that often because I think I'm addicted).
I also came away with a bottle of conditioner from Aveda. It's pretty expensive but it's what I consider my one luxury item. I love the volume that this product creates.
Think I'll give up on the shopping for a while and get back to some creating, I'll pick up my quest for a bag and boots another day.
I can't find anything when I'm looking for it. Suggest you just wander about and window shop. Then it'll come to you.

Lordy, I can't even remember the last time I was in a Nordstrom! Used to love going there, though. Had to laugh at your smoothie, because it looks just like the ones I make at home all the time - not pomegranate, but peach, strawberry, banana blends:-) Good luck and have fun with your search!
ReplyDeleteErica - funny thing is I never actually shop in Nordstrom (a tad too expensive) but the cafe they have at the entrance to the store is great.
