Apologies if it feels as though there have been a large number of bird and squirrel posts lately. The truth is that I have been in excruciating pain the last two weeks so haven't been able to venture out much.
I love watching them through our sunroom window. Their antics help keep me entertained and are a welcome distraction.
The squirrels were loving the snowfall yesterday. I had to chuckle at the way the snow seemed to collect behind their ears . . . . and if I'm not mistaken I think that might be a smile I detect.
I'm off to see the neurologist this afternoon. I'm hoping there is something new we can try to help with the atypical face pain. Fingers crossed.
Such great photos! I hope you feel better!
ReplyDeletewow these are amazing very crisp and so dang cute. I don't care what people say I still love squirrels.

ReplyDeleteOh, my, goodness - he (she?) is so adorable, I just want to give him a squish! Seriously these are stinkin' cute!!
ReplyDeleteHope your appointment went well, let me know what they said! : )
I think you are amazing to continue to post while in pain. I have multiple autoimmune diseases, and when I am in pain, writing a post is the farthest thing from my mind. I hope your doc sorts out what is wrong and can give you some relief soon. Take care, and I really enjoy your posts!
ReplyDeleteI'm so sad that you are still dealing with this Kathryn. I hope the docs can find out what is wrong and fix it.
ReplyDeleteKathryn - yes, I do believe that IS a smile! Which put a smile on my face.
ReplyDeleteI also wanted to let you know that you are in my thoughts - I can't imagine living with that kind of pain (and still managing to be creative). I hope the doctors have some new plan of action that will bring you relief.
Amazing images! You are an incredible photographer. (And must have a great zoom lens?)
ReplyDeleteThese are great Kathryn. The squirrels in Virginia are much cuter than the ones in my backyard in Minnesota, that's for sure. I hope you get some answers and relief soon. I'm keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
ReplyDeleteThese are fabulous! I hope the neurologist has something that works for you.
ReplyDeleteI think that is a smile....these are wonderful.
ReplyDeleteSending hugs and feel-better wishes for you.
