Texture Tuesday - Doorway To The Past

textured with pourvous, luminous and confidence

Her hand rested tentatively on the door handle, she paused . . . . uncertain.  Some doors are meant to be opened, others should remain firmly shut.  Which one was this?  She felt the latch give way under her grip and the door creaked slowly open . . . . .

Linking up with Kim for this weeks' Texture Tuesday.

    1. I don't know why it is but I instinctively find myself drawn to the darker images. I've tried to do light and bright but it doesn't usually work for me.

  2. Spooky and mesmerizing - I want to cover my eyes before seeing what is behind that door.

  6. I love this one. The hand, the tree, and then all the subtle faces in distortion that appear around. Is that line from the Secret Garden? or is that your brillance? Love this Kathryn.
