'Believe' was the word I chose at the beginning of the year but it would seem that it wasn't meant to be. 'Patience' is the one that keeps presenting itself, hitting me over the head repeatedly.

Patience

A

lesson, it

today is the

It’s

Nature

ReplyDelete"All good things comes to those who wait"....isn't that what the Bible says? Love the way you set this poem up!
ReplyDeleteI'm a new visitor to your blog and I am grateful for that. You write beautifully. It is even beautiful to look at. Thank you for visiting me too. I look forward to visiting you more often, Kat xx
ReplyDeleteVery nice format with the acrostics of patience in the middle ~ This is something I am struggling too, smiles ~
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend ~
Is it possible to have patience without belief (or hope)? I wonder.

Extremely creative word piece - love it!
ReplyDeleteThanks Brenda . . . it took a while to work this one out.
Deletewhat a cool verse you came up with...patience is def one of those things i have to constantly work on...ha...
ReplyDeleteVery creative acrostic poem - filled with what it takes to carry on during hard times; however I think you might be blessed if you return to believe - believe all will be well, the universe will give to you, that whatever you want is within your grasp and suddenly you won't have to hang on by just your fingernails. But both are assets in troubled times. Well written, and sending you positive thoughts.
ReplyDeleteThanks for such a lovely comment and for opening my eyes to both.
DeleteWhat a wonderful, creative poem .... I imagine it took much patience in its creation!
ReplyDeletePatience is something I continually struggle with. Mostly it is patience with myself because I expect to be able to do everything and truth is, I can't. I can only try to do my best. Love this. So creative - as you always are.
ReplyDeletei think you have much patience... and strength, and bravery. still, it is a tough one to snuggle up to. :)
ReplyDeleteWow! This is powerful, Kathryn.
ReplyDeleteThanks Lisa, I drove myself crazy trying to pull this one together but got there eventually.
