#Reverb14: Loving What Is

It’s all too easy to put off loving where we are until everything is perfect. What can you love about where you are now?

Half-brained thoughts, unfinished art, random scraps of paper with words scrawled on them, unread books piled high, a laundry pile that threatens to topple, a kitchen sink full of dirty dishes . . . . . . all of these can have me feeling as though my life is unraveling.

Then I turn on some music, head to the studio and in that moment, in the mess of it all, life is good.

  1. I think anytime we are creating - we are transported away from the the chaos and mess. Isn't it lovely? :D

    1. It's kind of magical when you get into the 'creative' zone. It's like being transported to another time and place.

    1. . . . just do my thing and let the world go by. Think that needs to be my mantra. :)

  8. Wonderful post. I have the tendency to think positively. I usually wake up in the morning coming up with different reasons to feel satisfied with the life I have.

    Loved the second photo.

    Greetings from London.
