In Loving Memory

I held your hand
as you once held mine
both of us learning
to take the next step
mine towards life
yours towards death

In loving memory of my dad

  2. Yes, we travel different paths.. but such sweetness, I don't mind being closer to death if it means I am helping my children live a full life. Such an amazing photo the happy upturned face, his shoulder leaning towards you…

  9. Beautiful, sad, and true. A friend just lost her dad, in an agonizingly slow way, and all of that is here. I am sorry for your loss, but agree with Friko: you will feel his hand forever. Thank you for this.

  10. Such an emotional and lovely tribute to your father. Love the mystery of the image - his smile and the way you are looking up at him - the very definition of a father-daughter relationship.
