that's cool!
those were the days. :)
nice...we used to ride like that too...there was a nice fear and freedom to it...smiles.
yes Brian, that exhilaration of fear and freedom. wish my body was as agile now :)
yes but did you do "it" in a dress???
He, he, he, I was a bit of a tomboy, a skirt wasn't going to stop me having fun. :0)
Aww--fun! Love the freedom expressed here!
I must have been born an old lady when it came to physical danger. I didn't like carnival rides, car chases or suspenseful movies. But tree climbing? Yes.They are rooted on one end and touch God on the other ...
Never in my wildest wild woman dream. Hee hee. But deeply admire anyone who ever could!!!!!
cool..though never tried that...surely missed those moments that were "instinctively right"...love the poem.. :)
Fun times :0)
Perfect rhyme and wonderful rhythm! Love this!
Thank you :0)
Great memories these poems evoke. I love the picture
Thanks, a photo from my fearless days.
Never letting fear or common sense stop us, this is the essence of youth! Nicely expressed, Kathryn!
If only that stayed with us. Thanks Walt
Such free-wheeling joy - in your words and image!
I can't believe I used to do that. If I didn't have the photo I might think I imagined it.
You make it sound so delightful!
I remember the feeling, so exhilarating. Wish I could do it now.
Oh, I remember some daring things I did on my bike. I wouldn't be brave enough to do the same now....but my past feats make me smile as I remember.
there's a girl who's not afraid of life :)
that's cool!
