Love the free feeling of movement you can benefit from once you have built some momentum - there is nothing so rewarding as the pull of momentum once you have put in the effort to get something started.
Brightly engaging with a raw power - both words and image.
I love the colors in this image -- and I've been where the poem goes!
great descriptions... fury..oha yes... very well captured kathryn
Mmm, not sure if that is a good or a bad thing - but isn't that what poetry is all about - ambiguity?
Each stanza has an edge to it as it stands alone but paired with the subsequent stanza, they gain blunt force. Well written.
I love the expression of raw power you capture in so few words...very fine writing.
I get this, smiles ~ Perhaps a deep breathing and space are what is needed ~
Oh goodness yes. So true!
This could be about so many things--driving, writing, anger. Emotions felt in so many circumstances. I like the ambiguity!
Powerful, regardless of the situation our minds tells us it describes. Lovely!
I love that this is so short and spare, yet says much. Well done.
Indeed. not easy to stop.. fury and momentum at the edge of the precipice....
so rare it is that fury seeks the "good" path - I hope this isn't something you have had to experience
brilliant and handsome haiga...words and art are great! ~jackie~
Very precise and knowing Kathryn - lovely work... With Best Wishes Scott www.scotthastie.com
I echo Freya's thoughts. Really well done.Anna :o]
This poem just continues your previous theme that nature has its own time...now - has its own momentum..it's good for us to be aware and somehow get prepared...
Delightful. Momentum can't read. Like your sign too.
If only momentum could read.
Momentum can't read. So true. As for fury, if you find a restraint, please please tell me. Wonderful write. Thank you.
wow. this is fantastic, Kathryn ~
Thanks Michael :)
Okay, this image is so awesome, mesmerizing, and I can't STOP looking! ;)
