Texture Tuesday: Here We Go Again

With the cold came the wind and dry air.  She knew she was in trouble for she had come to recognize the signs.  Pain began to travel its familiar path; across her cheekbone, up her nose, over and around her eye, left towards her ear and finally down into her neck.  Medication no match for it this time.  The force of it surprising her as it always did . . . . .

  1. Enormously cool image. Interesting choice of red as color, with a touch of blue near your forehead-where one thinks. Hope this doesn't mean a relapse for you. Really hope it doesn't.

  5. Very cool image. The only good thing about pain is that once it leaves, we really appreciate its absence. I hope you are feeling better, Kathryn.

    1. Thanks Lisa . . . the cold dry air has made my face pain spike which is really annoying. I've upped my medication so I'm waiting to see if that helps. Hanging in there though.
